Sushi is a Japanese dish of specially prepared vinegared rice, usually with some sugar and salt, combined with a variety of ingredients, such as seafood, vegetables, and occasionally tropical fruits.
We have different type of Sushi such as Nigiri sushi, Maki sushi, and Chirashizushi
Nigiri Sushi:
Nigiri-sushi, are hand-pressed mounds of rice with a dab of wasabi and parts of various ingredients on top.
Maki sushi:
Sushi rolls wrapped by nori seaweed, such as tekkamaki (tuna rolls) and kappamaki (cucumber rolls). I made California roll which is including crab meat, avocado, and cucumber, and insert Nori inside of the roll.
Chirashizushi:
Chirashizushi serves the rice in a bowl and tops it with a variety of raw fish and vegetable garnishes. It is commonly eaten because it is filling, fast and easy to make. It is eaten annually on Hinamatsuri in March.
